This week's Topic: The Tragic Death of Princess Diana
| This past week has seen a great tragedy in the realm of two great women; of both the Princess of Wales and Mother Theresa. While we do grive for Mother Theresa, the focus of this week's topic is the Princess of Wales and the events surrounding her death. Many people may consider the fact that the driver had too much to drink (well we'll see after an independant autopsy is done by the Al Fayed family), but I do blame the photographers (paparazzi) in the cause of her death. It is well known that Princess Diana used the press to her advantage at times, but often they went too far when they shouldn't have. This is one of those times. The senseless harassment of famous people must cease, as it is dangerous. I am glad to hear that a recent court case awarded NOTHING to a photographer who was punched out by one of our "stars" when he was trying to take a picture of him and his children. I say that the courts should have made the photographer cover all of the charges incurred for the court; which it may have well done, though I am uncertain. What should happen to the paparazzi responsible for the death of Princess of Wales's death, you ask? Since you asked, I'll let you know. After the French are done torturing them (for embarrassing them internationally), they should be turned over to the OSS and taken to the Tower of London so that the British can have their turn. God knows that they have perfected the art of torture after ruling most of the earth for centuries. You should see some of the torture equipment they have at the Tower. Some of it even made me wince. Slowly and painfully, and aired on BBC if the people demand it, they should be left to suffer the greatest damnations that can be inflicted upon them. I am certain that the streets would be filled with cheers from merry makers. Sure, there would be protests about the dignity of man and human rights and all that crap, but who cares. I would gladly do it for them if they didn't want the responsibility. That's what should happen, but it most likely won't. Chances are they may be tried and punished, but even that is unlikely. However, they might start dying off in different, seemingly natural ways. The British forget nothing! I firmly belive that laws will have to be enacted if tabloid editors and owners do not have the decency to regulate themselves and their people. Personally, I think all those cheap, worthless tabloid papers should be shut down, their equipment sold off to real papers, their staffs fired and sent far away. Far, far away into shameful oblivion. As for the Princess of Wales, may she find peace in Heaven and may God watch over her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. |
