The News As I See It

For the Week of: June 14, 2002

This week's Topic: In a Letter to Her

In it, it is green. There are lollipop swirls and tangerine screams. I haven't been to the edge, but they say it is sweet like marmelade bliss and I am caught. Trapped in a spider web, siamese twins twisted, wrangled, I am a one man resolution, a no man revolution. Hail glory effervescent, sticks sticking up out of the mud, a modern art masterpiece, a new world lease on life. Falling rain, grey ashen snow, a trickle down wisdom and that voodoo we did so well once , then and again and it repeats. Swells surging, getting nearer, rocking dearer to and fro...let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Calm whispy billows of white, pillows of fright, bells and whistles blow molten lines of night's demise. There's a tinge on the fringe that is wrong and right. Eternal darkness, mass requiem, a dirge for the boys and girls at the scene. Flash, I am lost; newsflash, all is lost.
