It's a goof. It's light-hearted. It's psuedo-real for psuedo-realists in a psuedo-realistic world. Quite frankly, it's not frank at all. Hell, I wouldn't even call it Frank. I'd call it Stan, or Joe or Bubba. And that's the disclaimer to disclaim anything anyone finds vaguely offensive if there's anything remotely offensive to anyone, to be vague. Most of it is old anyway.
