A Million Blades of Grass

outside a Saxon window

"outside a Saxon window"

After a late night French movie
we slept close together, embracing,
fitting tight into each other's arms,
crevices, and I took a chance
and we took a chance
and all the world was forgotten
outside a Saxon window,
the drapes pulled slightly askew
to where a light orange glow lit
the far corner by our feet,
by the last vestiges of night
where I had just showered,
remembering my member, hard against a wall
and that elation, the sensation that makes
the cock flush with blood, the surge underneath
rising to the head and then and then and then
I come, you come, and we're gone deep
into our own lives again
and everything is forgotten
and thought of
now and again.
